Jen Luther is a product-oriented executive and board advisor who has spent her career operating at the intersection of product, data, and risk inside high-growth technology companies.
She most recently led Product, Privacy, IP, and Policy Legal at Grammarly, where she partnered directly with product and engineering teams to shape how AI systems are built, governed, and brought to market at global scale. Prior to that, she led privacy and product legal at Atlassian during a period of rapid growth, helping the company scale its cloud and AI capabilities while maintaining customer trust and regulatory alignment.
